and were outside for roughly 1,999,700 of those years.
Only since the Industrial Revolution has there been a big migration indoors.
Today, the average worker spends only about five percent of their day in the open air. Our bodies were not meant to be inside, seated in front of a screen all day, missing vital human connection. The pandemic reminded us that work-life can be flexible and remote.
It became obvious that the way we work, and the way we live our lives, had to evolve. It had us re-think everything.
