Stacey Duccini is passionate about assisting individuals, teams, and organizations focus and align their talents and energy to achieve great things.

Stacy’s experience includes extensive leadership, team development, and business consulting experience as well as holding various corporate leadership positions. She brings over 25 years of working with organizations spanning in size from large global Fortune 500 to small local market organizations in various industries such as investment management, manufacturing, high tech, communications, veterinary hospitals, and marketing.

Stacy is a noteworthy leader in the executive coaching and consulting space, successfully coaching leaders at all levels, including C-Suite executives across several industries to improve their effectiveness as leaders of teams, divisions, and organizations. (ICF PCC accredited). She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration & Master’s Degree in Organization Development, and is certified in several leadership assessments, tools, and methodologies (e.g. Hogan Suite, The Leadership Circle Profile (TLC), 5 Dynamics, Conflict Dynamics Profile, etc.)
