JASON ROSENBERG
Breathwork & Cold Plunge Subject Matter Expert
Jason Rosenberg is a breathwork coach and founder of State Training. He guides C-suite leaders, executives, athletes, creatives, and people seeking to expand their consciousness, deepen awareness, and explore possibility through breathwork. State Training develops awareness of possibility in what feels impossible, and the capacity to pursue it. Jason trains state of being—attention, thoughts, emotions, and physiology—to explore how these shape perception and action.
A graduate of the University of Oregon’s Lundquist College of Business, Jason studied entrepreneurship and philosophy. His experience includes marketing at Tokyo Comedy Bar in Tokyo and financial analysis at MRC Consultants in Madrid. He studies flow state and human potential through the Flow Research Collective and Limitless Flow Breathwork Facilitator training, drawing on breathing physiology, meditation research, and flow neuroscience.
His exploration includes solo travel, training with Wim Hof in Poland, daily breathwork and meditation, and four marathons. He attended Dr. Joe Dispenza’s retreats and participates in Excalibur, Dispenza’s youth leadership initiative. Jason also builds with AI: designing research workflows, directing specialized agents, and developing creative projects and interactive experiences. His practical and philosophical curiosity drives him to investigate questions, connect disciplines, and turn ideas into work people can engage with.
People come seeking rest, focus, energy, connection, or room to dream bigger. Jason brings wonder to practice grounded in what matters to each person, what becomes possible, and what they choose to do.“We can’t choose what we cannot perceive” guides his work. He aims to help people experience life more fully and participate in creating a better world.
