Camille Lyden brings a background in operations, hospitality, and program design with a focus on human-centered experiences.  She is drawn to environments where she can apply her strong problem solving skills while connecting meaningfully with others.  Before joining BusinessOutside, she worked for Backroads, where she led trips, supported complex travel operations, and helped design and deliver trainings rooted in authentic hospitality and thoughtful leadership.

Across her roles, Camille has developed a steady, anticipatory approach to operations, balancing attention to detail with adaptability, and structure with intuition. She thrives behind the scenes, ensuring that the right systems, materials, and people come together to create experiences that feel seamless, intentional, and deeply human.

At BusinessOutside, Camille supports experience planning and delivery, keeps operational details moving smoothly, and shows up onsite with a grounded, positive presence.  She is passionate about creating the conditions where people feel cared for, connected, and able to step outside of their comfort zones.

Outside of work, she finds grounding in motion, nature, and creativity.  You’ll often find her hiking, cycling, reading, painting, or baking.
