Brie Aletto is a proven operator, leader, and advisor with over two decades of experience building and scaling high-growth software businesses and leadership teams.

She has served as CEO and in senior leadership roles at private-equity-backed and founder-led businesses, most recently running a SaaS company through a period of meaningful growth and change. During that time, the business more than tripled in size, improved retention and customer satisfaction, and put a stronger leadership foundation in place for what came next.

Outside of operating roles, Brie works as an advisor, facilitator, speaker, and executive coach. She partners with CEOs, founders, and leadership teams to strengthen alignment, elevate culture, and navigate growth without losing their people or themselves. She facilitates custom offsites, workshops, and executive forums, including work with YPO and other peer groups, helping leaders engage in honest conversation, tackle hard topics, and reconnect performance to purpose.

Brie’s leadership perspective is deeply shaped by her personal life. She is a mom of three, including two children she adopted after the loss of their biological mother—an experience that sharpened her belief that empathy, accountability, and clarity are not competing forces, but essential leadership skills. She grew up watching her father build a business from the ground up, instilling a lifelong respect for integrity, resilience, and relationships.

In her free time, Brie can usually be found with her family (including the dog!), outdoors, around a kitchen table, or cheering on a sideline.
